Cancellation Policy
Monthly Cancellation Policy: You can cancel at anytime and wont be charged the next months pay period. No refunds are permitted through month to month plans. You can re register anytime. Drop‑In/Private Lesson Cancellation Policy We know plans can change, and we do our best to keep things flexible while respecting our instructors and fellow dancers. ⏰ Cancellation Window Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before class. This helps us offer spots to dancers on the waitlist. 💳 Refunds & Credits On‑time cancellations: You’ll receive a full refund or class credit, whichever you prefer. Late cancellations or no‑shows: Because your spot is held for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made after the cutoff. 📱 How to Cancel You can cancel through our booking app, your online account, or by contacting us directly at slay.the.stage.studios@gmail.com or contacting Genesis at 236-457-3697 Emails and voicemails are honored based on the timestamp. 🕒 Studio‑Initiated Cancellations If we ever need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll automatically receive a full refund or credit, regardless of timing.
